Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of all U.S. federal holidays. Complimentary shipping via ground service is processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days, depending on product availability. 

Expedited shipping via 2-Day and 3-Day Air is available for all orders for an additional charge. Expedited shipping costs varies depending on the weight of your package and its destination. Please note this will be calculated during checkout.

Expedited orders placed by 11 a.m. ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 11 a.m. ET will be processed and shipped the next business day. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to APO/FPO, P.O. boxes, and some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. If a signature waiver is in place, PUR cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

 

Returns

PUR is pleased to offer a 90-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your costco.purcosmetics.com purchase, simply return the unused portion and receipt within 90 days of purchase and we will be happy to refund you for the full product amount. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other PUR products. Only products purchased on costcopurcosmetics.com may be returned for refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment.

To return or exchange items, please follow these simple steps:

  • Repack your item(s), making sure to include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the box. Returns without the order confirmation will be refused.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or USPS Surepost.
  • To request an exchange, please indicate the replacement item(s) you would like.
  • Returns should be directed to JCS – PUR Returns, 555 Gotham Parkway, Carlstadt, New Jersey 07072.

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited.
