How to Use
Apply a coat of Fully Charged Mascara Primer to top and bottom lashes and allow to dry before following with Fully Charged Mascara. Once the primer is dry, begin by placing the mascara wand at the base of lashes, then hold for a few seconds to set. Wiggle the wand in a back-and-forth motion and repeat to build. Use the wand vertically to apply to the lower lash line.
